Visa CopyChinese certificates translated into English for your visa file.
Paste the text of the certificate. The page reads it for free: every date and amount into English, amounts written in capital numerals checked against their figures, ID numbers checked digit by digit, names in passport-style pinyin. Then one run translates it line by line - every line held to what the page read - and you print a two-page packet: the original, then the English.
1 The document free
On a phone, the camera's text recognition (Live Text, Google Lens) copies it. Check the numbers against the paper - recognition misreads digits.

3 The translation metered
One run translates every line in order - formal, faithful, nothing added - writing each date, amount, number and name exactly as the page read it. The page then checks the English against the original, line by line.

The page's check
The packet prints page one as the original (your photo, or the text) and page two as the English with a translator's statement to sign. Choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog for a file. The statement is for the translator who checked the English against the original to sign. Many visa offices do not accept a translation signed by the applicant or a relative - check what yours asks for. This page is not legal or immigration advice.

How it works
Dates are read in Arabic numerals (2024年3月5日, 2024.03.05, 20240305) and Chinese numerals (二〇二四年三月五日), checked against the calendar, and written as 5 March 2024 - or March 5, 2024 for a US visa. Amounts are read with their currency from figures (¥536,000.00, 人民币28,500元), from 万 (34.2万元 = 342,000) and from capital numerals (伍拾叁万陆仟元整); when a line states the words and the figure, they must agree.
An 18-digit resident ID number carries a check character: the page recomputes it, and a misread digit almost always shows. The ID's birth date and sex are compared with what the document states. Names are spelled surname first in capitals, given name joined (WU Zhengye), with surname readings (曾 Zeng, 单 Shan, 欧阳 Ouyang) and passport spelling (吕 LYU); characters a name can read two ways are flagged - the passport is always right.
The run gets the numbered lines and everything the page read. Its English is checked: every line once and in order, each date and amount in the page's form, each number digit for digit, each name in its spelling, no number the original line does not have, no Chinese left outside parentheses, and every warning carried as a note.
